Kimberly Becker is an experienced professional in the field of special education and behavioral support, currently serving as a Leader in Outpatient Therapy and Associate Executive Director at Integrated Behavioral Technologies Inc. since December 2022. Becker co-created the Creatively Able movement classes for individuals with special needs, which integrate exercise and creativity, and also leads workshops for staff to enhance understanding of autism spectrum issues through the performing arts. As the Autism Program Consultant since September 2016, recommendations and positive behavior supports have been provided to families and educational institutions. Becker has held various key positions, including Product Manager at Raintree Systems, Inc., Chief Executive Officer at Little Stars Therapy Services, and Director at Heartspring, where leadership was provided to teams serving children with disabilities. Becker holds a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Emporia State University.
