Phillip Saucedo

Phillip Saucedo has over two decades of leadership experience in the mortgage and real estate sector as President of Spectrum Capital Group Mortgage and Real Estate since February 2002. Additionally, Phillip serves as Board President and Chief Financial Officer for Integrated Care Communities since July 1997, and is a Broker/Partner at 1-800-Biz-Broker in Riverside, CA, also starting in February 2002. Phillip earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from California State University, Long Beach. An earlier educational foundation was laid at the New Mexico Military Institute, where an Associate of Arts in English was obtained.
