Ryan McMinn

Ryan McMinn has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ryan began their career as a Staff Accountant at Scoggins, McKelvey, a CPA firm in 1996. Ryan later joined Sunbelt Express Services as a CFO in 2000, where they managed a team of 15. In 2002, McMinn became the President of McMinn & Elizondo Enterprises, a cemetery services company. Ryan negotiated and purchased a 30-acre perpetual care cemetery and managed a staff of five. In 2007, McMinn became the President and CFO of Certified Companies, a staffing company, where they successfully navigated the company through difficult times. Ryan then joined LOOMIS International, Inc. in 2009 as the CFO, managing a team of 4 and producing monthly financial statements. From 2010 to 2019, McMinn worked at Aztec Events and Tents/Shaffer Sports Events as the CFO and VP of Shaffer Sports, overseeing the sales and operations of the PGA Tour based event rental business. Most recently, McMinn joined Integrated Circuit Solutions USA in 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer.

Ryan McMinn attended Harlingen High from 1990 to 1993 but did not receive a degree or study any specific field. Ryan then enrolled in The University of Texas-Pan American from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a BBA in Accounting.
