Gina Dier

Gina Dier, SHRM-CP, has over 19 years of diversified work experience in various roles and industries. Gina most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN) since May 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at COVENTYA Inc. from November 2006 to May 2019. Gina also has experience as an Alumni at Leadership Mohawk Valley from August 2015 to June 2016. Before their role at COVENTYA Inc., they were involved in Dental Claims at MetLife from September 2002 to November 2006. Gina's career began as a Marketing Assistant at Express Systems Integration (ESI) from May 2000 to April 2002.

Gina Dier, SHRM-CP, holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, which they obtained between the years 2003 and 2005.
