Steven Bulger

Steven Bulger has a diverse work experience in various roles. Steven started their career at Niagara Falls Boys and Girls Club as a Supervisor/Program Aide where they supervised and mentored underprivileged children while creating and implementing various programs. Steven then worked as a Caseworker at Baker Victory Services, where they developed treatment plans and provided support to families in need. Most recently, Steven served as the Chief Executive Officer at Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN), where they established and monitored company goals, developed new business opportunities, and promoted marketing programs.

Steven Bulger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Political Science from Niagara University in 1999-2003. Steven later pursued an MBA in Health Services Management at SUNY Polytechnic Institute from 2009-2012.

Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN)

ICAN works with over 2,000 individuals each day to restore social, emotional and behavioral health and well-being to Keep Families Together. ICAN offers 22 programs reaching communities across six counties in Central New York and serving individuals from prenatal to end-of-life care. Services are delivered at home, in school and in the community. Founded in 1997 as a home-based mental health services program for children in Oneida County, ICAN has focused on families since day one.
