Gabriel Gerardo

Gabriel Gerardo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gabriel started their career in 1996, serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal E4 / Battalion Legal Clerk until 2000. During this time, they collaborated with other Marine Corps units in administering pretrial hearings.

After their military service, Gabriel worked as a Student Desktop Support Assistant at California State University-Long Beach from 2007 to 2011. In this role, they provided technical support for desktop workstations, printers, and other business machines. Gabriel had experience with multiple operating systems, including Apple OS X and Microsoft Windows.

Starting in 2013, Gabriel was an IT Helpdesk Specialist at The Tennis Channel, a premium cable channel specializing in broadcasting professional tennis matches. Gabriel administered Microsoft Active Directory and managed multiple operating systems, including macOS and MS Windows.

From 2014 to 2018, Gabriel worked as a Helpdesk Analyst at Nexon America, an online video game publisher. Gabriel administered Microsoft Servers and maintained Apple macOS desktops and laptops on the Active Directory Domain.

In 2019, Gabriel joined Warnerbros Technology as an AD Administration Analyst. In this role, they administered Active Directory accounts, managed RSA access, and handled a high volume of emails using MS Outlook.

In 2020, Gabriel became a Technical Support Engineer II at Northrop Grumman, a global aerospace and defense technology corporation. Gabriel'sprimary function was to provide enterprise-level technical support, resolve desktop and network incidents, and deploy specialized tools using ServiceNow.

Most recently, in 2022, Gabriel joined Integrated Data Services, Inc. as an IT Help Desk professional.

Throughout their career, Gabriel has gained experience in IT support, system administration, Active Directory management, and technical troubleshooting.

Gabriel Gerardo began their education at Los Angeles Pierce College where they pursued a General Education/Transfer Program. Gabriel attended this institution from 2004 to 2006 and obtained an Associate's degree. Currently, Gabriel is enrolled at California State University, Northridge, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Systems with a specialization in Business Systems Option, which is still pending.
