Aaron Smith

Aaron Smith possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and product life-cycle management within the biotechnology and diabetes care sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance at Integrated DNA Technologies since May 2022, Aaron previously held various managerial and supervisory roles at Roche Diabetes Care from July 2000 to May 2022, including Manager of Quality in Global Risk Management and Design Control Process. Aaron's foundational research in electrochemical sensors began as a Post-Doc and continued through roles as a Product Support Scientist and Principal Scientist at Roche. Earlier academic pursuits as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Michigan led to earning a PhD in Analytical Chemistry in 2000.
