Tim Ceschin started their work experience in 1984 as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps, serving until 1991. Tim then worked as a Senior Budget Officer within an Intelligence Community agency from 1999 to 2002. After that, they became a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they delivered business development, program management, and team leadership in support of several intelligence community agencies. Since 2013, Tim has been working as the Vice President of Operations at Integrated Finance & Accounting Solutions, responsible for expanding the business and managing program execution for federal financial management.

Tim Ceschin received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from George Mason University from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University, where they attended from 1980 to 1984.
