Wesley Cowley

Wesley Cowley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Wesley started their career at TURNTECH as an Assistant in 2005 and remained in that role until 2006. Wesley then joined Alstom in 2007 and held multiple positions, including Engineering Project Manager and Vice President - Projects Engineering Manager. During their time at Alstom, they were responsible for project planning, contract negotiations, proposal and estimate optimization, and post-project financial reviews. Wesley also supervised teams and managed equipment testing and maintenance programs. In 2015, they joined Integrated Global Services as the VP of Business Development, where they led account executives and focused on expanding the company's presence in the Power, Paper, Refining, and Petrochem markets. Wesley also took on the additional role of Marketing Manager, overseeing a new department within the company. In 2020, Wesley Cowley was promoted to Senior Vice President at Integrated Global Services, and they continue to hold this position. In 2017, they also became the Vacation Rental Owner of Heavens Lake View Lodge in Lake Tahoe.

Wesley Cowley completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, specializing in Design, Maths, and Thermodynamics, from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Crawford College for their high school education from 1997 to 2002, focusing on Technical Drawing and Geography. Additionally, Wesley has obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in July 2013. Wesley has also completed various courses on topics such as Email Etiquette, Account Based Marketing (ABM), Sales Training, B2B Sales Cold Calling Scripts, Presentation Skills, Persuasive Presenting, and Strategic Selling from institutions like Udemy, The Brooks Group, and Miller Heiman Group.
