Senior Development Scientist at Integrated Graphene

Akkapol Suea-Ngam has a breadth of work experience in the field of analytical chemistry and research. Akkapol started their career as an Oral Presenter at the HITACHI Trophy in 2014. Akkapol then went on to be a Poster Presenter at the uTAS International Conference in 2014 and an Oral Presenter at PACCON 2015. In 2015, they were a Student and poster presenter at the NIF winter School and later a Poster Presenter at the uTAS 2015 conference. Akkapol also held the position of an International Research Fellow at the Institute for Molecular Science from November 2015 to April 2016. In 2016, Akkapol joined Chulalongkorn University as an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry and completed their studies in August 2016. Akkapol then pursued a PHD at ETH Zurich, where they worked as a PHD Student from September 2016 to January 2021. Following their PHD, they joined The Stevens Group as a Postdoctoral Research Associate from April 2021 to September 2022. Currently, Akkapol is working at Integrated Graphene as a Senior Development Scientist since November 2022.

Akkapol Suea-Ngam completed their high school education at Suankularb wittayalai school from 2003 to 2010, where they studied Math-Science. Akkapol then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry at Chulalongkorn University from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Analytical Chemistry from the same institution from 2014 to 2016. Akkapol furthered their education at ETH Zürich from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Doctor of Science (Ph.D.) in CRISPR/Cas, Electrochemical aptasensors, NA amplifications, POCT, Microfluidics, Nanoparticles.
