Rebecca Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca currently works as the Head of People and Programmes at Integrated Graphene, where they are responsible for rapidly scaling up the organization's people and organizational structures. Before joining Integrated Graphene, Rebecca worked at Michelin as a Business Unit Leader, where they managed a team of 35 operators and QC technicians. Prior to Michelin, Rebecca worked at BBI Solutions as a Production Supervisor in a lateral flow immunoassay development and production facility. Rebecca was responsible for delivering the production schedule and managing a team of 12 development scientists and lab technicians. During this time, they faced the challenge of a large change project as the site and product manufacture relocated to Wales.
Rebecca also took a career break and traveled in the year 2016.
Rebecca'searlier experiences include various roles at Johnson Matthey, including Assistant Production Manager, Plant Support Coordinator, Plant Technology Specialist, and Plant Support Engineer. These roles provided their with a strong foundation in production management and plant support.

Rebecca Reilly has a diverse educational background. Rebecca started their education by completing their Secondary Education at Linlithgow Academy from 1999 to 2005. After that, they pursued higher studies and earned a Bachelor of Science (Msci) in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde between 2005 and 2010. Recently, Rebecca has been furthering their education at the University of Dundee, where they are currently working towards a Professional Doctorate in Management, starting in 2019 and expected to graduate in 2023.
In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has also obtained a certification in "The Science of Well-Being" from Coursera in May 2020.
