Janet Falls

Janet is the Implementation Specialist. She has over 20 years of experience serving credit unions. She has an extensive knowledge of indirect lending and has aided hundreds of clients in loan origination implementation. Janet also has technological and analytical experience where for 8 years she served as Senior Automated Operations Analyst for Navy Federal Credit Union. Janet studied Graphic Design at the University of Michigan and received her associates in Arts, Graphic Arts, and Applied Sciences from Southwestern Michigan College.
