Elizabeth Marano, MSN, RN, serves as the Director of Operations and has held various leadership roles at Integrated Medical Professionals, PLLC since October 2015. With extensive experience in healthcare management, Marano previously worked as a Business Manager for the Department of Urology at ProHEALTH Care Associates, overseeing 20+ staff members and ensuring compliance through audits of Electronic Health Records. Early career roles include Office Manager and Corporate Nursing Consultant at Integrated Medical Professionals, as well as Nurse Manager at Urological Surgeons of Long Island, where patient care and surgical assistance were key responsibilities. Marano holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration and Informatics, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science, and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Molloy University and Nassau Community College.
