Michael McHorney

Michael McHorney joined IMS in 2019 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for the strategic financial leadership of the company while supporting market growth and the organization’s commitment to providing exceptional care through the use of advanced technology. Michael brings sixteen years of healthcare accounting and finance experience to IMS from both for-profit and not-for-profit systems serving everything from small communities to large metropolitan markets. Michael has provided financial leadership in acute, surgical, and skilled hospital settings as well as corporate healthcare environments.

Michael’s a team-oriented leader focused on supporting organizational growth and improving financial performance while creating operational efficiencies. Most recently, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer of OASIS Hospital in Phoenix. An Arizona native, Michael received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California.
