Erica Tatum-Sheade, LCSW, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Child and Adolescent Licensed Therapist at Integrated Mental Health Associates since March 2015. In addition to this role, Erica co-owns FCK The Stigma and is the owner of Wellness Suites LLC, both established in 2020 and 2017, respectively. Erica is also a co-founder of the Arizona Institute for Advanced Psychotherapy Training. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Social Worker for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community from February 2006 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from the University of Southern California, currently in progress, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Arizona State University (2005-2008), and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sociology from Central Michigan University (2001-2005).

Integrated Mental Health Associates (IMHA) is a result of a number of successful practitioners who came together to form a sort of "one stop shop" for treating mental health concerns. Using psychotherapy modalities including CBT, EMDR, play therapy, and more, the practitioners at IMHA treat everything from anxiety and depression, to ADHD and PTSD, to schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
