Brigid Hernandez SPHR is an experienced human resources and operations executive with a strong background in managing and optimizing people operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Benefit Resources at Integrated Oncology Network since January 2023, Brigid leads a team supporting over 1,100 employees nationwide. Previously, Brigid held the position of Human Resources Director at cCARE, overseeing a department that catered to 450+ team members. Brigid has also contributed significantly to the human resource and compliance functions at Valley Radiology Consultants Medical Group and developed extensive retail management skills during a ten-year tenure at Target. Brigid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University San Marcos.
