Karla Stone

Karla Stone, MBA, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Karla is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources at Integrated Openings Solutions. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Consultant at the same company.

Before joining Integrated Openings Solutions, Karla worked as a Resource Manager at Robert Half. Karla was responsible for managing resources within the company.

From 2015 to 2019, Karla worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Sports Facilities Advisory | The Sports Facilities Management. During their tenure, they led and organized all aspects of the Human Resources department. Karla developed and executed the HR strategic plan and created a company-wide Human Resources Manual.

Starting in 2010, Karla held the role of Executive Team Leader- Human Resources at Target. Karla'sresponsibilities included talent acquisition, store management, and ensuring legal compliance with wage and employment laws.

Karla Stone holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cumberland University, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, also at Cumberland University, from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they hold an Associates degree in Business from Central Florida Community College, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Karla Stone has also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2023.
