Barb Heydenburg

Barb Heydenburg, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Integrated Packaging Machinery since December 2018, Barb has also held roles as Human Resources Manager and Generalist within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Butterball Farms, Inc., and as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at Charter Communications, a major broadband communications provider.
