Colleen Wilson

Colleen Wilson began her career with IPMS in 2004, where she started as a Medical Reimbursement Specialist. Shortly after joining IPMS, she obtained her Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders and advanced to Account Manager. Over the years, she has serviced many different specialties and is known through IPMS and our clients as our Orthopedic expert.

Colleen provides superior service to her clients, their patients and other related customers. She takes pride in leading and mentoring her team on strategies to ensure optimal cash flow. She understands that her clients work hard and provide valuable services to their patients and therefore deserve to get paid appropriately. Colleen’s attention to detail, customers service skills and dedication are only part of the reason her clients’ love working with her.

Colleen and her husband Jeff have one child. She and her family reside in Connecticut, but spend significant time in New Hampshire enjoying the outdoors.
