Ben Ryan

Ben Ryan currently serves as the Director of Strategy in Power Management at Integrated Power Services, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ben Ryan was a Principal at Searchlight Capital Partners, focusing on buyout and distressed debt investing in the industrials sector from June 2020 to September 2024. Ben's experience includes working as an Investment Analyst at Nokota Management LLP, specializing in long-short public equities, and as an Associate in the Private Equity Group at Ares Management Corporation, where the emphasis was on buyout and distressed debt investing. Ben began a career in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A Group at Citigroup from July 2011 to June 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
