Chaitanya Sathe

Chaitanya Sathe, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the life science industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at IPM Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. since November 2016, Chaitanya manages key client accounts in the San Francisco Bay Area and oversees a diverse portfolio of projects. Prior roles include Senior Project Management Consultant at IPM, where Chaitanya navigated the clinical supply chain for allogeneic CAR-T startups, and Senior Project Manager at RainDance Technologies, leading cross-functional teams in product development. Earlier experience encompasses project management at PerkinElmer, operations leadership at Caliper Life Sciences, and engineering roles focusing on manufacturing processes. Chaitanya holds an MBA from Boston University, an M.S. in Bioengineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
