Lucas Runke

Lucas Runke has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Consultant at IPM Integrated Project Management Company since March 2022, where responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and controlling project activities. Prior positions include Maintenance Supervisor at WSI Industries, where development of a preventative maintenance program was successful, and Plant Manager at Malco Products SBC, where Lucas led the launch of a new manufacturing facility and managed a team of sixty associates. Additional experience includes roles as a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer and Project Team Leader, focusing on product development and market research. Lucas began a career as a Mechanical Engineer Co-Op at Bobcat Company and holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from North Dakota State University.
