Heiko Flori is an experienced executive consultant currently employed at Tiba Managementberatung since January 2024. As the co-founder of FTC Flori Training & Consulting since July 2012, Heiko also serves as a trainer and lecturer in project management at Hochschule für angewandtes Management and FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management. Previously, Heiko held roles including Manager Digital Advisory at Avanade, Senior Manager at acterience management partners, and Senior Produktmanager at Deutsche Leasing Gruppe. With a strong educational background that includes degrees from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences and EDHEC Business School, as well as ongoing studies in an MBA program at thePower, Heiko specializes in digital transformation, project management, and innovation strategies within the automotive and finance sectors.
