Timothy Norman is an experienced professional in the field of project and loss prevention management, currently holding the position of National Accounts Division Manager at Integrated Protection Services since September 2019. In this role, Timothy has implemented process improvements and collaborated cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and quality metrics within the National Accounts Branch. Previously, Timothy managed various projects at Integrated Protection Services and served as a Loss Prevention Manager at both Amazon and Macy's, where responsibilities included collaborating with law enforcement to address theft and training staff on loss prevention strategies. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Thomas More University, earned between 2014 and 2019.
