Glen Mims

Glen Mims has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Glen started their career as a Lead Maintenance Supervisor at Westdale Asset Management in 2004 and held the position for five years. Glen then joined Cres Management/JRK Residential as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, where they eventually got promoted to the same position. At Cres/JRK, Glen's responsibilities included training and supervising maintenance staff, completing repair work orders, and managing project schedules. In 2013, they joined Integrated Real Estate Group as the Regional Director of Plant Operations and also served as the Regional Maintenance Supervisor at Enclave at Grapevine at Integrated Management. Glen's most recent position was as a Construction Superintendent at Integrated Construction and Development, LP from 2018 to 2020. Overall, Glen has significant experience in maintenance, operations, and construction within the real estate industry.
