Nitika Dwivedi (Neeti)

Nitika Dwivedi, also known as Neeti, is currently a Delivery Lead and Team Lead at Integrated Resources, Inc since June 2017. Nitika is responsible for leading talent acquisition strategies and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, specializing in Clinical, Scientific, Health Care, and Non-IT hiring. Previously, Nitika held the position of Senior Recruitment Executive and Clinical/Scientific Recruiter, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes and training recruits in relevant fields. Earlier experiences include internships at FICCI Research and Analysis Centre, Enviro-Tech Services, and Parag Dairy, where Nitika gained valuable insights into vocational food analysis, wastewater management, and production quality control. Nitika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biotechnology from Hindustan College of Science and Technology, completed in 2017.
