Fay Markopoulou is currently a Senior Agile Delivery Lead at Kaizen Gaming, responsible for facilitating the development and improvement of multiple Scrum teams and ensuring timely delivery of roadmap items. Previously, Fay served as a Release Manager at OpenBet, overseeing customer-centric release schedules and coordinating software deployment activities. With a background in technical support and customer service, Fay has held roles as a Technical Support Engineer at Placecube, Product Expert at dotdigital, and Premium Support Advisor at Productboard, providing exceptional support to high-profile clients. Fay also has extensive experience in aviation operations, having worked as Operations Supervisor at Menzies Aviation and Flight Dispatcher at ASIG, as well as in customer service roles with Aegean Airlines. Fay holds a degree in Cultural Technologies & Communications from the University of Aegean.
