Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Integrated Resources Institute, composed of the Chief Training Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing organizational performance, and ensuring that the company effectively advocates and provides quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They drive initiatives that support community integration and uphold the belief that separate is not equal.
