Caro Oliva

Caro joined ITS in 2016 when ITS opened its first international office in Leon, Mexico. Caro has over 25 years working in Human Resources as a business partner, human resource representative, and human resource manager. Caro has spent the last five years directly working in an RPO as a staffing consultant and recruiter.

Caro holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology. Understanding the difference in people is what led her to pursue industrial psychology. Her education and experience give her an advantage in recruiting through different industry sectors in Mexico. Caro likes the challenges that each client or candidate provides and finds solutions to each challenge very gratifying.
