Stephanie Orwick is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and the Founder of The Performance Collective, established in August 2023, which focuses on providing therapeutic and coaching services to individuals under stress. Currently serving as Faculty and Assistant Director at Northeast Ohio Medical University since August 2017, Stephanie teaches courses in the Department of Family Medicine while supporting student wellness initiatives. Additionally, Stephanie is a Group Fitness Instructor with certifications from Les Mills and has held various counseling roles in organizations such as Integrated Wellness Partners, Kent State University, Shelter Care Inc., Child Guidance & Family Solutions, and Valley Counseling Services, specializing in mental health support for at-risk youth and individuals impacted by trauma. Educationally, Stephanie earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Mount Union.
