Mary Mokwa

Mary Mokwa is a skilled professional with extensive experience in property and general management across several prominent companies. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County since August 2023, Mary previously held the position of Senior General Manager of Bayshore at Cypress Equities from March 2022 to June 2025. Prior roles include General Manager of Southridge Mall at Spinoso Real Estate Group, as well as Area General Manager of Southridge Mall and Johnson Creek Premium Outlets at Simon Property Group. Mary’s earlier career includes senior management positions at Irgens Development Partners and Fiduciary Real Estate Development, along with leadership roles at Continental Properties and Urban Retail Properties, managing significant retail portfolios. Mary began a career in the industry with JMB Realty as a Property Manager. Mary holds a degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
