Kristian Ravn

Kristian Ravn is an experienced leader in the offshore wind and energy sectors, currently serving as the Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at ProCon Group since September 2021, while also holding the position of Chairman at Green Ducklings since September 2020. As a Managing Partner, Ravn provides strategy and market support for businesses aiming to expand within offshore wind. Additional roles include Advisor to the Board at Ocergy and Managing Director at Integrated Wind Solutions ASA. Ravn's past experience includes key positions at Moreld Ocean Wind, Universal Foundation A/S, Semco Maritime Norge AS, and ABB, where a strong emphasis was placed on strategic development, commercialization of innovative technologies, and growth initiatives within the Oil & Gas and offshore wind industries. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Structural Dynamics from the Technical University of Denmark and a degree in Management, Innovation, and Strategy from the University of Southern Denmark.
