Rick Cassity

Rick Cassity is an experienced System Engineer at Integration Partners since October 2015, specializing in pre-sales support for Voice, Data, and security products. Prior to this role, Rick served as a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer at Avaya from February 2011 to September 2015, providing support to mid-market customers and conducting remote demonstrations of the Avaya Mid-Market portfolio. Rick also worked as a Telecommunication Consultant at Bayview Asset Management from 2008 to 2010, where support was provided to over 800 users across multiple locations using Avaya systems. Earlier in Rick's career, from April 2000 to November 2007, Rick held the position of Telephony & Networking Manager at Road America, managing technical, network, and communication aspects for over 400 users in various locations. Education was completed at Florida International University.
