Integrative Emergency Services
Welch began his career at KPMG LLP focusing on healthcare and insurance where his clients included Wake Forest University Baptist Health and Genworth Financial. He went on to advise private equity firms, and strategic investors at KPMG and Crowe Horwath on both buy and sell-side transactions in the United States and Europe. His work in M&A led him to the San Francisco Bay area to focus on post-acquisition integration and operational finance across a broad portfolio of technology solutions. He later applied this experience to revenue cycle management at Conifer Health Solutions where he was a Senior Director for business transformation.
A Certified Public Accountant, Welch earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from East Carolina University and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
