Valerie Charles

Valerie Charles is a seasoned legal and compliance executive currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Legal Operations at Integreon since September 2024. Concurrently, Valerie is an investor in the FemTech Fund at Portfolia, focusing on empowering women as influential investors. Previously, Valerie held the position of Senior Director for Global Compliance Risk and Governance at Toyota Motor Corporation from March 2023 to September 2024. Other notable roles include Partner at StoneTurn, Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at GAN Integrity, and Associate General Counsel at AGT International, where Valerie established a global compliance program.
