Doug Fox is the CEO of IntegriCo Composites. In this role Fox develops and oversees all aspects of business operations at IntegriCo. Fox has previously held several leadership positions in the railroad industry including Senior Vice President at Stella-Jones Corporation where he developed initial US business acquisitions in 2005 and continued to secure an acquisition each year for the next ten years. Fox’s business acumen propelled Stella-Jones Corporation from a single plant operation to a multi-plant enterprise. His other prior leadership positions include Vice President of Operations at Progress Rail Canada overseeing all Canadian operations. This position included monitoring manufacturing facilities such as the Railway wheel shop, Trackwork shop, Transit and Railcar repair. Aside from his leadership roles, Fox also spent 30 years in the railway industry working in design construction and maintenance functions. In his position as General Manager at Canadian Pacific Railway, Fox participated in two major railway expansions involving $500 million Capital projects for both overland and tunnel construction. At the end of his time at Canadian Pacific, Fox was responsible for Supply Chain Management of the railroad’s engineering spend of $600 million a year. Fox holds an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McGill University.
