Tomasz Stachera

Tomasz Stachera has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years in the military industry. Tomasz began their career in 2007 as a Key Account Manager at HP Poland, where they worked for 9 years before being promoted to Sales Director for Europe and the Middle East. In 2014, they transitioned to an academic role as a Senior Lecturer at Business University while also working as a Military Business Advisor and Consultant at LEE Advisory Group. In 2018, they briefly served as the Director of International Sales at Lubawa SA before joining TenCate Advanced Armour as the Sales Director for Eastern Europe and Israel, a position they currently hold. Throughout their career, Tomasz has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a talent for building and developing business relationships with military end users and decision makers.

Tomasz Stachera has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Studies from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Tomasz also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Political Science with a specialization in Management from The Jan Kochanowski University.
