Melissa Wykle

Melissa Wykle has a strong background in technology and digital innovation. Melissa currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Integris Group, where they focus on implementing innovative technology and driving improved business outcomes. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of Vice President of IT Governance and Service Management at Generali Global Assistance, where they were responsible for leading IT transformation and creating business value through process and technology. Melissa previously served as the Executive Vice President of Digital Products & Development at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., the CIO & CISO at Exploria Resorts, and the Director of IT, Business System Solutions Group at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. Melissa has also held leadership roles at Bonnier Corporation and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.

Melissa Wykle received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Webster University, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, in 2004, they obtained a licensed realtor certification from the Department of Business and Professional Regulations, specifically the Division of Real Estate. Melissa also earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Valencia College, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Training from Simplilearn in 2020, and Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner certifications from Scrum Alliance in 2018.
