Aaron Steffens

Aaron Steffens, FACHE, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at INTEGRIS Health since August 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives and patient logistics. Prior to joining INTEGRIS Health, Aaron Steffens held multiple leadership roles at Mercy from November 2004 to August 2022, including Vice President of Strategy & Operational Excellence, System Vice President of Operational Improvement, and Chief Operating Officer, among others. Aaron Steffens is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree, both from the University of Oklahoma.
