Cheryl Johnson Smith

Cheryl Johnson Smith is an experienced nursing leader with a strong background in healthcare administration and clinical quality. Currently serving as Nursing Manager at INTEGRIS Health since March 2019, Cheryl oversees Administrative Supervisors at both the Integris Portland and Baptist locations. Previous roles include Cardiovascular Clinical Quality Coordinator at University of Oklahoma Medical Center and Chief Nursing Officer/Assistant Vice President at Lakeside Women’s Hospital. Cheryl's extensive experience at INTEGRIS Health spans from May 1995 to July 2014, where roles included Lean Process Consultant, Magnet Coordinator, Clinical Director of the Transplant Intensive Care Unit, and Heart Transplant Coordinator. Cheryl holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Oklahoma and a BS in Nursing from East Central University, alongside a certification in Lean Methodology from Belmont University.
