Courtney Kiley

Courtney Kiley is an experienced communications professional currently serving as an HR Communications Specialist and Project Manager at INTEGRIS Health since December 2023. In this role, Courtney plans and implements internal and external communications to enhance HR programs and initiatives, collaborating with cross-department teams on strategies that improve employee experience and company culture. Previously, Courtney worked at WFMY News 2 as an Executive Producer from July 2019 to August 2023, managing a team to deliver engaging newscasts while also taking on production tasks. Courtney’s background includes roles at WRTV as a Morning Show Producer, KATV as a Daybreak Producer, KOMU-TV as a News Producer, and an internship at KUTV. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Broadcast Journalism Production from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained in 2015.
