Jessica Anderson is an accomplished communications and HR operations leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale change initiatives and strategic communication efforts. Currently serving as Director of HR Operations at INTEGRIS Health, Jessica spearheads change management projects relating to HR technology implementations and employee experience enhancements for over 11,000 caregivers. As the Founder and Consultant at JPA Communications, Jessica provides comprehensive communications counsel to various organizations. Previous roles include Account Director at Koch Communications, where strategic marketing processes for multiple clients were developed, and Operational Change Management Communications Specialist at Hertz, focusing on global change efforts for finance processes.
