Kimberly Spaziani

Kimberly Spaziani, M.Ed., currently serves as Chief Learning Officer at INTEGRIS Health since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly was Senior Vice President of Talent Development at Satellite Healthcare/WellBound from 2018 to 2024, and Vice President of Training & Organizational Development at UnitedHealth Group/MedExpress Urgent Care from 2016 to 2018. Kimberly's experience also includes serving as Global Director of Talent Development at Wesco Aircraft from 2013 to 2016 and as Global Director of Organizational Development at Jeppesen/Boeing from 2009 to 2013. Kimberly holds a Master of Education in Adult Education, Training & Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Penn State University, along with an Associate degree in Business Administration from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
