Matt Pollard

Matt Pollard, MD, MBOE, currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Programs at INTEGRIS Health, overseeing diverse clinical programs to enhance patient care. Pollard is also a member of the Shingo Executive Advisory Board, promoting principles of operational excellence. Previously, Pollard held several leadership roles at Intermountain Healthcare, including Vice President of Continuous Improvement and North Region Chief Medical Officer, focusing on quality improvement and clinical oversight. With a solid foundation in emergency medicine gained as an Emergency Physician and Emergency Department Medical Director, Pollard holds a Master of Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
