Regina Joy Lane

Regina Joy Lane, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Belonging and Experience at INTEGRIS Health, focusing on enhancing caregiver engagement and fostering an inclusive culture. Regina also founded Integrity Speaks, where impactful communication drives transformational change, and leads Regina Joy, a company dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. Additionally, Regina acts as President of The Vanguart, promoting African-American artists, and has held significant positions, including Chief Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access Officer at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. With a background in fine arts and administrative leadership, Regina's extensive experience spans various roles that emphasize community engagement and the development of inclusive practices.
