Doug Sim

Doug Sim has extensive work experience. Doug started their career in 2008 as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge in the United States Air Force, where they served until 2021. In 2019, Doug joined Kokua Technologies as a Team Lead, where they mentored and advanced team members, created processes to streamline productivity, conducted interviews and annual reviews, and served as the focal point for client escalation calls. Doug also worked on various projects, including O365 email migrations, network refresh, and server replacement. In 2022, Doug assumed the role of Sr. Project Engineer at Atlas Technica, where they led a team and communicated with clients. Doug was responsible for performing client environment discovery, creating technical project plans, and providing clients with complex technical solutions in simple terms. Currently, Doug is serving as a vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) at Integris, where they build and maintains positive relationships with clients and offers strategic consultative services. Doug meets with clients to review and update technology strategy, budget, and service delivery metrics.
