Matthew Mezzatesta has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and technology support. Matthew started their career at Simply Mac - Apple Specialist as a Service Writer/Service Tech, where they assisted with repairs and maintained the service counter. Matthew then transitioned to the role of Apple Certified Technician, utilizing Apple's GSX for parts ordering and managing repairs. Matthew eventually became the Service Manager, overseeing department goals and training the service and sales team.

Matthew then joined Onyx Consulting as a Shop Technician, repairing Apple and PC computers and performing data recovery. Matthew later advanced to the role of Assistant Store Manager, establishing corporate goals and metrics for the location and providing training and support to other technicians.

After that, Matthew worked at Phobio, initially as an Apple Technician, diagnosing and resolving software issues, executing hardware repairs, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Matthew then became the Lead RMA Specialist & Apple Certified Technician, taking ownership of the RMA process and training a new 3PL on the process. Matthew also served as a Process Improvement Technician, assisting with solutions to erase products and doubling the percentage of products erased during their tenure.

Following their time at Phobio, Matthew joined Rooms To Go as a Desktop Support Technician Lvl ll, providing general support for end user accounts and troubleshooting network issues. Matthew then became a Tech Ops Site Lead (Level 3 Tech), serving as the primary contact within the IT department for corporate, warehouse, and design studio areas.

Currently, Matthew is working at Integris as a Support Engineer ll, providing remote and on-site user and system support. Matthew focuses on client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery, offering desktop-level user support, mobile device support, user administration, and server management.

Throughout their career, Matthew has consistently demonstrated a strong technical expertise and a commitment to customer service.

Matthew Mezzatesta attended the Atlanta Institute of Music from 2011 to 2013, where they received a Certificate of Musicianship in the Modern Recording, Engineering, and Production Program. In addition to their formal education, Matthew has obtained several certifications from Apple. In 2017, they obtained the MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016) Service Qualification and the MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) and MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2016) Qualification. In 2016, they acquired the ACiT 2016 iOS Service Certified, Apple Service Fundamentals Completion, Apple Certified Support Professional 10.11, and Mac Integration 10.11 certifications. In 2015, Matthew became an Apple Certified Mac Technician, and in 2014, they achieved the IOS Certified certification.
