Ward Ault

Ward Ault has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ward is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Integritek since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Axon as the Vice President & Chief of Staff from 2020 to 2021. Before their corporate roles, Ward Ault served as an Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they have a distinguished military background, having served as an Infantry & Recon Officer (Captain) in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2016. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership abilities by directing force reconnaissance missions and leading organizational realignment projects. Ward was also selected as an Aide-de-Camp to the Commanding General of 1st Marine Division (Forward).

Ward Ault has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Harvard Business School. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with distinction in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
