Inside Sales Executive

Job description

We are seeking a motivated full-time permanent Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with Sales Executives, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
    • Building and maintaining mailing lists.
  1. Sales and Customer Management:
    • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
    • Team with partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • The team works towards achieving quarterly sales quotas by growing the base and converting leads to paying clients.
  1. Relationship Building:
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
    • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  1. Research and Account Management
    • Researching accounts through LinkedIn.
  • Knowing decision makers.
  • Generating Interest in offerings with leaders and sales team with solid value proposition
  • Maintaining and growing database
  • Work with disti partners to build pipeline with their team o Work to close transaction and maximize revenue.

  1. Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and competitors.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools.
  1. Administrative Duties:

  • Manage CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales

pipelines.

  • Prepare reports on sales metrics.
  1. Collaboration and Support:
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Inside Sales experience o Track record of exceeding quota

o Strong phone presence and experience making numerous calls a day. o Proficiency with tools and web applications

o  Excellent written and verbal skills

o  Strong listening and presentation skills

o  Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

o Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and is a self starter. Must be able to build strong relationships and have a growth mindset
