Trainee will support the team in managing our paid marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our advertising efforts are cost-effective, reach the right audiences, and achieve our clients’ marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make real-time adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Conduct audience research to identify target demographics and optimize ad placements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media buying and advertising.
  • Assist in A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Set up Meta Ad campaigns geared towards awareness and leads.
  • Use excel for comparatives, analysis, and conversions.
  • Have daily and weekly meetings with a manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of media planning, ad placement, and optimization.

  • Knowledge of using advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other reporting tools.

  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

*Job Location: DHA Phase 4

*Fulltime Onsite Job (Monday - Friday) 3PM - 11PM (last two hours remote for females)
